Arctic Char lure unlike anything any Arctic Char has seen before

Based on customer feedback, we spent this winter developing a new char jig, and we’re proud to present the Winter Light arctic char lure. This innovative lure combines Finnish craftsmanship, an attractive design, and a proven, light-glowing translucent center lens.

This beauty measures 10 cm in length and weighs 17 g.

A favorite among arctic char anglers

Norolan has earned a strong position among Nordic arctic char anglers with its Arctic Light series. We don’t have exact statistics, but we dare to say that Arctic Light may even be one of the best-selling arctic char lures in the Nordics in recent years!

Building on that success, we developed a new model that performs better in slightly deeper waters compared to our previous bestseller.

Arctic Char are attracted to shine

A new feature is the glittering surface, which reflects light and draws in char—known as a curious and hungry fish.

“Traditional” char lures appear almost black when viewed against the light, regardless of their color. In contrast, the translucent lens of the Winter Light glows with vibrant color when light passes through it from behind. In front lighting, the glitter on the surface reflects light back toward the fish’s eye, acting almost like a mirror.
